We are seeking for our international client a Performance Manager (m/f) - Supply Chain & Procurement.
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§ Manage the regional components of the global procurement reporting cycle (e.g. scorecards, Initiatives tracking, market intelligence reports, supplier relationship management and sustainable procurement) in coordination with the global team, ensuring a transparent process is in place
§ Coordinate and drive the sequence of activities maximizing accuracy and compliance
§ Drive improved performance through the deployment and reporting of meaningful performance indicators, ensuring alignment with global objectives and measures
§ Support the establishment and coordination of a reporting experts' network and the category management team with necessary data preparation
ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§ A Bachelor or University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics or IT
§ Certified in IT-solutions or procurement
§ Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting or performance management and in operational or tactical procurement, supply chain, logistics
§ Proven performance in working within cross-functional teams and capabilities to enable accurate reporting and performance measurements
§ Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS-Excel and MS-Access) as well as knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence solutions and QlikView
§ Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) and fluency in at least one additional language such as German, French or Spanish
§ Prepared to travel within the region between 10 and 30%
