We are seeking for our international client a Program Director (m/f) – IT Outsourcing.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:

§  Take responsibility for the management of outsourcing deals and strategic projects during the T&T-phase

§  Act as a trusted partner and main contact to key customers, top management and project members

§  Define project approach, implementation options and transformation plan according to customer needs, customer expectations and pain points

§  Responsible for managing and staffing project teams and teams of project managers across multiple disciplines to deliver contracted client benefits

§  Successfully manage a network of internal and external partners to deliver the contracted scope

§  Handover to the service delivery management for profitable operations

ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:

§  Proven track record in project management and management of large T&T-programs (> 70 million TCV)

§  Deep platform knowledge, delivery portfolio, technical expertise, ITIL-processes, PMI/ PMP-certificate

§  Good knowledge about solution sales, market requirements, portfolio

§  Ability to act, communicate, present & negotiate on CxO- level

§  Excellent English and German language skills (spoken and written)

§  Willingness to frequently travel and work internationally
