We are seeking for our international client a Business Development Manager (f/m).
Our client provides security solutions for retailers.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
This Business Development Manager will drive the growth of revenue, profitability, and market share within Germany. In order to achieve this goal, the Business Development Manager will support new product introductions and develop direct relationships with key retail customers.
§  Establish and manage revenue goals (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for assigned market and customers.
§  Collaborate with management team in order to build and achieve a list of top priority market and customer initiatives.
§  Develop retailer relationships at a senior-level, which will include key loss prevention, category, and merchandising managers.
§  Work closely with management team to support a wide range of business development activities, including channel partnerships, strategy formulation, new product requirements, and new business opportunities.
§  Successfully drive revenue growth across multiple product platforms.
§  Identify, evaluate, and report on market and customer opportunities.
§  Provide and coordinate technical training as required for new product launches and existing product support.
§  Ensure pricing and stock levels are appropriate for the achievement of business goals and objectives.
§  Identify, analyze, and report on competitive threats and pricing, customer concerns, and market dynamics.

ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§  University degree preferred.
§              Minimum of five years experience in product sales with an attestable track record of growing revenue, profitability, and market share.
§              Excellent selling skills requiring high-level presentations, persuading, and negotiating with business partners, retailers and other key decision makers.
§              Direct experience within retail industry, ideally within consumer electronics and/or smart phone and mobile device markets.
§  Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate customer needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and competitive threats within a market.
§              Ability to analyze financial data, prepare accurate forecasts, measure and report (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on performance.
§              Understanding of the disciplines of strategic account planning, account management, new account development, and administration.
§              Ability to implement sales programs and initiatives that are coordinated and consistent with the values and strategic direction of the EMEA region and corporation as a whole.
§              Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and driven personality.
§              Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
§  Ability to travel 50-70%.

§  Vorbereitung und termingerechte Durchführung der Instandhaltung
§  tägliche Absicherung der Verfügbarkeit der Fahrzeuge
§  permanente Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der Prozesse und Abläufe
§  Planung und Instandhaltung der Betriebsmittel
§  Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung von Instandhaltungsleistungen
§  termingerechte Abwicklung von Zusatzaufträgen, Unfallreparaturen und Vandalismusschäden
§  Personalverantwortung
§  Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter
§  Qualifizierung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter am Standort
§  Arbeitssicherheit am Standort
§  Termin-, Budget- und Kostenverantwortung

 

Ihr Profil - Sie haben:


§ eine fundierte Ausbildung, z.B. als Energieelektroniker, Mechatroniker oder Schlosser sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
§ langjährige Berufserfahrungen in vergleichbarer Position
§ Führungserfahrung
§ gute Kenntnisse im Bereich MS-Office
§ Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Diagnosetools sind von Vorteil
§ verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch und Norwegisch sind von Vorteil
§ Reisebereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, langfristig in Norwegen tätig zu werden

We are seeking for our international client a Country Sales Manager (f/m).
Our client provides security solutions for retailers.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§  Achieve sales revenue goals, new product sales goals and gross margin goals by developing key retail accounts, including large local and multinational retailers.
§  Develop and execute a high-level sales and marketing strategy to satisfy customer needs and requirements - with the objective of both expanding business with current accounts and penetrating new markets and customers.
§  Manage business development and support personnel ensuring annual, quarterly and monthly revenue objectives are achieved.
§  Personally prospect decision makers and stakeholders at key accounts in order to develop new business, i.e. loss prevention, store operations and merchandising managers.
§  Develop business relationships with decision makers across the retail loss prevention and retail store design community.
§  Collaborate with EMEA product marketing team in regards to product price, quality and design in order to deliver impactful product introductions.
§  Provide quarterly forecasts of shipments and monthly outlooks of bookings - detailing major customer orders and product levels to ensure minimal lead-times and accurate shipments.
§  Monitor and defeat competitive threats.

ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§  7+ years of sales management experience in growing business in Germany.
§  Exceptional hands-on selling skills and ambition to be in front of prospects and customers every day.
§  Team leadership experience attracting, motivating, and developing overachieving business development managers and support staff.
§  Business development experience inside of the retail industry is preferred, i.e. large hypermarkets, consumer electronics and mobile operators.
§  Experience developing business with one or more of the following firms is preferred: Telefonica, O2, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom T-Mobile, KPN E-Plus, Media Markt, Saturn, HTC, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung or Apple.
§  Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
§  Ability to travel 50-70%, inclusive of international travel.
