ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§  Development of the retail network in the country in close collaboration with the Retail Manager
§  Achieve agreed sales and market share targets for the brand
§  Establish and meet sales and expense budgets and plan future strategies
§  Establish an effective distribution plan
§  Take control of all marketing concepts in line with the worldwide strategies
§  Prepare and implement the marketing and communications plans
§  Real estate negotiation
§  Find best locations for the POS following headquarter guidelines
§  Supervision of the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines
§  Implement the pricing of products according to the international pricing policy of the brand and in line with the local group policy for Germany

§  Regular reporting of key performance indicators for the brand and an analysis of position and strategy to be provided to HQ and the Germany Country Manager
§  Day to day management of the brand team

ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§  A degree in international business, retail & sales or a related discipline
§  5 years experience in a similar position, particularly as a Brand Manager
§  Experience in motivating and leading a team
§  Strength in consolidating numbers and figures
§  German native language skills, fluent in English

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§  Work with Market Service Leaders in EMEA and Country Service Managers in EMEA in defining market share for key markets and drive market excellence programs for these key markets
§  Work with understanding various maintenance offerings across all EMEA markets and drive standardization exercises to offer 3-4 key programs across EMEA (by working in conjunction with global markets)
§  Continuously work with various country markets to assess variance to budget and proactively work with markets to drive key programs, promotions and campaigns
§  Drive distributor excellence programs in key EMEA markets by understanding their current market share and identify areas for improvement and work with commercial team focusing on driving programs to enhance their market share in their respective markets

ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§  A Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or a related field required. Master degree preferred
§  About 5 years of experience in a similar role required and preference strongly given to previous maintenance/field service leadership experience
§  Superior analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access
§  EMEA exposure and experience in maintenance services and field services
§  SAP experience would be a big advantage
§  Fluent German and English language skills

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
We are looking for Senior Project Managers. Responsibilities include: Monitor and perform the program control function of capital projects related to facility design and construction, including procurement and start up working with the EPC contractor as a member of an integrated team.
Functions will include project budgeting and performance monitoring; cost control system and implementation; project cost tracking, schedule development and administration; monitoring, control and reporting; analyze and report critical items with recommendations for corrective action.
