We are seeking for our international client a Head of IT Services (m/f).

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§  Develop the management team and ensure succession planning
§  Ensure that services rendered meet service level agreements
§  Play a key role in business relationship management & negotiation with internal customers
§  Supervise and coordinate the design, acquisition, operation, maintenance, use and disposition of information and information technology for corporate solutions and globally
§  Provide leadership; develop and implement process improvement/IT initiatives, propose technical innovations to the business and to create/maintain excellent customer service
§  Contribute the achievement of the overall IT objectives set by the group


ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§  Master in Business or Management; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus
§  Extensive experience in managing service organizations, working in a service-driven, customer-focused environment and ideally background in shared services business
§  Multi-year experience in successfully managing offshore vendors in a multicultural environment and management of IT vendors
§  Experienced in dealing with regional stakeholders from different continents
§  Solid experience in project management of major development and change projects
§  Information Security experience, managing international teams
§  Fluent English language skills; German, French or Spanish is an advantage
§  Willingness to travel 30%
