We are seeking for our international client a Head of Sales (m/f).
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§ Full order entry & revenue responsibility for 10 customers for the region with total annual revenue and order volume of approximately 160 Mio. €.
§ Successful upselling and cross-selling along the full portfolio
§ Increase significant the Share of Wallet at targeted accounts
§ Build relationships and act as trusted advisor on C-level
§ Managing (global) customer accounts, including customer´s profitability analysis, strategic responsibility for account and customer development and operational responsibility for the sales processes, selling team and customer relationship management
§ Review and manage sales leads & opportunities
§ Improve customer satisfaction
§ Consistent budget achievement
§ Lead and manage line and matrix organization with approximately 12 employees
§ Manage performance of employees
§ Drive People Development and Talent Management for your organization. Alignment with the other divisions (Telecommunication, Security, Digital) and management as part of a global matrix organization.
§ Monitoring quantitative progress measures and acting quickly on deviations from plan
ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§ A university degree with a long-time work experience or comparable vocational training with a long-time work experience

§ At least 5 years of relevant job experience in a similar role with full order entry & revenue responsibility of at least 100 Mio. € total annual revenue
|
§ Increased sales growth significantly in previous role
|
§ Achieved significant reduction in time-to-market
|
§ Specific and extensive top expertise and extensive experience reviewing and managing sales opportunities
|
§ Specific and extensive top expertise and strong track record improving customer satisfaction
|
§ Extraordinary in-depth knowledge and strong capability to segment and serve a market
|
§ Extensive specialized knowledge and strong track record of knowledge management and sharing
|
§ Strong track record of consistent budget achievement
|
§ Extensive knowledge of IT and telecommunication industry, market, trends, technologies and key players
|
§ Extraordinary in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in successful application of project management standards (e.g. PMI or PRINCE 2)
|
§ Strong track record improving customer satisfaction as well as exemplary skills concerning C-level communication
|
§ Strong track record building relationships and acting as trusted advisor on C-level
|
§ Outstanding management track record
|
§ Strong experience as a line manager in several previous positions
|
§ Strong ability to manage performance of employees
|
§ Excellent people development and talent management skills
|
§ Fluent German and English language skills
