client Business Development Manager (m/f).
Our client is one of the market leaders
in the field of recruiting platforms.
ASSIGNMENT
DESCRIPTON:
This Business Development Manager will
drive the growth of revenue, profitability and market share. In order to
achieve this goal, the Business Development Manager will develop direct
relationships with key customers.
§ Establish and manage revenue goals for assigned market and
customers
§ Collaborate with management team in order to build and achieve a
list of top priority market and customer initiatives
§ Develop relationships at a senior-level
§ Handle top customers in several languages - primarily in German,
English, French, Spanish, Dutch and/or Russian
ABOUT YOU -
YOU HAVE:
§ 2+years experience in a Sales & Business Development role
§ Strong network at senior management level, preferably in search
industry, HR or procurement / supply chain management roles
§ Excellent networking and customer handling skills
§ Advisory skills in talent search and vendor management related
business needs
§ A recruiting related network in either certain regions like big
cities, countries or language regions
§ Couple of years of experience in search industry (nice to have)
§ Ability to handle top customers in several languages - primarily
in German, English, French, Spanish, Dutch and/or Russian
