We are seeking for our international client a Head of HR (m/f).

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§  You will be responsible for creating the right recruiting strategy and following it respectively
§  You will lead a team of at least three HR specialists
§  You will work closely together with all the different stakeholders within our company, including Business Development, Management and Online Marketing in order to identify and specify needs and new target hires
§  You will be the heart and soul of our company and the one taking care of all employees` matters, including organisation of 360°-feedback talks and talent management
§  You will make sure that salary and visas are taken care of and develop bonus-systems and incentive programs, such as team events, apartments, travel etc.

ABOUT YOU:
§  You have successfully accomplished your studies in Economics or Management, Psychology or equivalent – ideally with a major in HR/Employer Branding
§  You have worked at least 2-4 years in a leading position of a HR department – better even if you have previously worked in HR in a start-up - and have an idea of how to shape strategies and execute them
§  You know recruiting processes and challenges by heart as you learned it from scratch
§  You are proficient when it comes to talent management and feedback processes
§  You are familiar with German labour law
§  You are able to move confidently on an international stage and speak English and German fluently
