We are seeking for our international
client an IT-Solution Architect (m/f).
ASSIGNMENT
DESCRIPTON:
§ Develop system and solution portfolio roadmap in alignment with
IT strategy
§ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned
with business requirements
§ Develop functional designs that match customer requirements and
integrate into the system and solution portfolio
§ Conduct process flow analysis and process redesign based on
current industry best practices
§ Design major aspects of the architecture of an application,
including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure
§ Lead in designing, specifying and selecting solutions,
considering requirements, functionality, security, integration, infrastructure
and performance
§ Develop and enforce uniform enterprise wide application design
and quality standards in respect to IT architecture
§ Team up with peers from other sites to ensure portfolio
alignments across the organization
§ Estimate cost and prepare business cases for IT solutions,
considering infrastructure, licenses, development, support and other aspects
§ Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop
high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects
§ Support and lead project meetings with the business
§ Report overall project status to management
§ Specify and document end to end solution and functional as well
as technical design details
§ Provide support and technical leadership to the development teams
§ Perform design and code reviews
§ Lead UAT efforts and related process design
§ Mentor and guide more junior technical resources
§ Observe the communication, software and hardware market
§ Communication and training of the IT architecture
§ Act as visionary and strategist
ABOUT YOU - YOU
HAVE:
§ A degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or
technical Engineering field
§ Deep experience in assessing a broad range of information
solutions and products particularly Product Lifecycle Management, Configuration
Management, Document and Content Management
§ Must have SmarTeam and Teamcenter experience with related ERP
integrations and Autodesk design product
§ 10+ years of experience in IT related functions and applying
business solutions
§ 5+ years of successful architecture management
§ Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises
§ Understanding of organization strategy and ability to design
information systems to delivery that strategy
§ Preferably experience in aviation or manufacturing environment
§ Knowledge and depth of experience with system development
methodologies
§ Ability to manage risks and quality requirements of business
critical systems
§ Ability to understand business requirements and convert them
into solution designs
§ Knowledge of mobile systems architecture
§ Architecture framework training
§ Fluency in English is a must, German and/or French is beneficial
