Wanted: Brand Manager - Germany

We are seeking for our international client a Brand Manager - Germany (m/f).

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:
§  Development of the retail network in the country in close collaboration with the Retail Manager
§  Achieve agreed sales and market share targets for the brand
§  Establish and meet sales and expense budgets and plan future strategies
§  Establish an effective distribution plan
§  Take control of all marketing concepts in line with the worldwide strategies
§  Prepare and implement the marketing and communications plans
§  Real estate negotiation
§  Find best locations for the POS following headquarter guidelines
§  Supervision of the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines
§  Implement the pricing of products according to the international pricing policy of the brand and in line with the local group policy for Germany
§  Full P & L responsibility for the brand in Germany and within international guidelines
§  Implement the corporate and international procedures within the brand
§  Regular reporting of key performance indicators for the brand and an analysis of position and strategy to be provided to HQ and the Germany Country Manager
§  Day to day management of the brand team

ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:
§  A degree in international business, retail & sales or a related discipline
§  5 years experience in a similar position, particularly as a Brand Manager
§  Experience in motivating and leading a team
§  Strength in consolidating numbers and figures
§  German native language skills, fluent in English
