We are seeking for our international client a: Crew Operator (m/f).

Our customer is one of the market leaders in the off-shore shipping business.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTON:

§  Supports crew selection und employment

§  Prepares employment contracts

§  Takes personnel care of the crew

§  Verifies the crew`s certificates, documents and long term planning

§  Coordinates crew providers and payroll agencies

§  Checks incoming invoices

§  Organizes relief planning and travelling

§  Records holidays / illnesses / accidents / incidents

§  Fullfils general administrational tasks and supports the management

ABOUT YOU - YOU HAVE:

§  Educated in economics / logistics, university degree or experienced shipping merchant (“Schifffahrtskaufmann”)

§  Practical experience in comparable position

§  Basic skills in personnel management

§  Knowledge in working law, economical and contractual basics

§  Interpersonal & teamwork skills

§  Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
