client an Operations Manager - China (m/f).
ASSIGNMENT
DESCRIPTON:
The Operations Manager is responsible
for all aspects of the business, i.e. recruiting, hiring, building a team,
structuring the workshop, managing projects and daily business. Additionally she/he
will be in charge of the service team.
ABOUT YOU -
YOU HAVE:
§ A technical education: mechanical engineering (higher technical
education degree in machines building or hydraulic would be preferred)
§ At least 10 years progressive experience in a key leadership or
management role
§ Experience with a German company and/or in the automotive/mining
industry would be an advantage
§ Must live in or be willing to move to Xuzhou
§ Fluent Mandarin and English language skills, alternatively
German
